Concession Machine Rentals in Austin TX

The Austin Heat Factor

Austin outdoor parties from May through September run in real Texas heat. A sno-cone machine turns a 95-degree backyard birthday party into a manageable and memorable afternoon. It is not just a treat -- it is a practical necessity at Austin summer festivals, school field days, and outdoor corporate picnics.

Self-Running Concession Stand

Both machines run continuously without a trained operator. A parent or volunteer can manage the station without any training. At Austin ISD school carnivals where volunteers are stretched across multiple activity stations, the self-managed format of concession machine rentals is a significant logistical advantage.

Most Affordable Add-On in the Catalog

At $75 for cotton candy and $89 for sno-cones, concession equipment rentals are the lowest-cost add-ons available from Jump Around Party Rentals. Adding both machines to a bounce house or Austin carnival ride rental order costs less than most catering minimums and serves the full guest list.

No Additional Delivery Charge

Concession machine rentals added to any existing Jump Around Party Rentals order ship on the same truck at no additional delivery charge. The crew sets up the machines alongside the bounce houses, water slides, or backyard game rentals before your guests arrive.

Scales to Any Crowd Size

The base rental includes supplies. Extra 50-serving packs at $20 each let you scale the concession station to your exact headcount. A birthday party with 30 kids needs different supply quantities than an Austin ISD carnival with 300 students. Book the packs that fit your event and add more if needed.

Works at Any Austin Venue

Both machines need a standard 110v outlet. For Austin park events without power access, pair with a generator rental from the same order. The machines work at backyards, school campuses, corporate event spaces, church halls, and outdoor festival venues across Travis County.

Austin ISD School Carnivals

The largest single market for concession machine rentals in Austin. Spring carnivals across Travis County elementary and middle school campuses book both the cotton candy and sno-cone machine as ticketed treat stations. The self-managed format means a parent volunteer can run both machines without training.

Birthday Parties

Adding a cotton candy machine to a backyard birthday party in Austin is one of the highest-impact low-cost upgrades available. Kids gravitate to the machine between bounce house sessions and parents appreciate having a self-running treat station that doesn't require cupcake coordination. Add to any Austin bounce house rental order.

HOA Block Parties

Austin HOA communities from Steiner Ranch to Falconhead and Avery Ranch book concession machine rentals alongside bounce houses and water slides for annual block parties. Both machines serve the full neighborhood age range. Kids get cotton candy, adults get sno-cones, and the cooler keeps everyone's drinks cold.

Corporate Picnics

Austin tech companies and agencies add concession machine rentals to company picnics and summer employee appreciation events. The carnival concession rentals and food concession rental options create a natural gathering point that keeps employees mingling between activities. Pairs well with backyard game rentals and mechanical bull rentals for a complete corporate party setup.

Church Festivals and VBS

Austin-area churches book both machines for fall festivals, Back to School Bash events, and VBS programs. The concession stand rental format - machines set up and running without a trained operator - fits perfectly into events where volunteer bandwidth is limited across multiple activity stations.

Austin Festivals and Community Functions

Outdoor festivals at Republic Square, Auditorium Shores, and neighborhood parks across Travis County add concession machines as ticketed treat stations. The sno-cone machine is particularly high-demand at Austin summer festivals where the crowd is standing in heat for hours. Generator add-on available for park venues without power.
